Rami is visionary and transformational leader with 21 years of experience in real estate and construction fields, from starting new businesses, to merged, integrated, and accelerated growth of existing businesses by implement innovated strategies and enhanced solutions,
Rami was Technical Methods KSA’s Cofounder and Executive Director in 2009, Technical Methods USA’s Cofounder in 2014, and currently Technical Methods UK’s Founder and CEO in 2017. He has overseen the company’s successful deliver projects and programmes with value £400m+, continues of expansion into additional countries and regions, and he also created investment platform to deliver £3b+ worth of assets globally. He has consistently championed change within the industry, driving innovation to improve service excellence while ensuring Technical Methods Group continues to be a more productive, efficient, and responsible company.
In 2020 he crafted new ambitious TML GLOBAL 10-year Strategy to transform Technical Methods to become a purpose driven company focusing on three strategic priorities; pursue a sustainable world, grow together, and deliver distinctive value.
Rami gained his early experience in the building service and construction sectors and was the PMO for the MEMO SRL until 2009 for major healthcare construction programmes.
Rami is advance expert in full lifecycle of major D&B construction and building service projects and programmes, serving healthcare, hospitality, education, energy, commercial and residential sectors. recognized for his talents in developing and realising corporate vision and strategies, for an entrepreneurship and independent mindset, and for innovative and creative solutions.
Rami is currently a member of Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB), Chartered member of Association for Project Management (APM), Affiliate member of Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI), and Associate Member of BREEAM.
Rami is qualified Mechanical Engineer (BEng), certified M&A Professional, certified Investment Appraisal and Valuation, Praxis Framework Professional, Prince2 Practitioner.
